1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@tsamsterdam.com with your order number.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must include the invoice or order confirmation.
- Personalised or customised products (for example, printed or embroidered items) cannot be returned.
3. Return Procedure
- Send an email to info@tsamsterdam.com to register your return.
- You will receive return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
- The return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If the product is damaged or used, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
5. Exchanges
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible.
If you wish to receive a different size or colour, please place a new order.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tsamsterdam.com, including photos if possible.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
