2. Applicability<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop TSAmsterdam.<\/p>\n

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

3. Products<\/h2>\n

\u2022 We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Small differences in colour, size, or print may occur due to screen settings or production processes.<\/p>\n

\u2022 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately.<\/p>\n

\u2022 TSAmsterdam reserves the right to change prices at any time.<\/p>\n

4. Orders and Payment<\/h2>\n

\u2022 An agreement is established once the customer places an order and payment has been received.<\/p>\n

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n

\u2022 TSAmsterdam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.<\/p>\n

9. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n

In case of force majeure (such as strikes, transport delays, fire, or supplier issues), TSAmsterdam has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without being liable for any damages.<\/p>\n

10. Privacy<\/h2>\n

TSAmsterdam respects your privacy and processes personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.<\/p>\n
